		<description>This is a pretty good argument to counter the Brewers&#039; GM comments about salary caps. Owners and GMs have to be able to manage their business with what they have. Some owners, like the Blackhawks&#039; previous one, make bad decisions and don&#039;t let the franchise prosper. The Yankees have the resources to spend a lot of money, and frankly it is nice to see them pump their money toward making the team better.</description>
