		<description>I agree, the man should play. If anything, he will pick up a thing or two. There is a WBC pitching coach and other good pitchers going. Who&#039;s to say Thornton doesn&#039;t pick up some tips to better himself? Getting asked to play for this is a big deal, and Thornton deserves to get respect and a chance to play because he has earned it. 
I&#039;d argue he deserves it the most, seeing as how reliable and efficient he is.</description>
