Three Moves the Sox Need to Make

Victory is ours through the logical continuation of the 2008 Plan in three simple steps. Here’s how:

1. Trade for Gary Sheffield. Because you can never have too many slow power hitters past their prime.

2. Trade for Freddy Garcia. Because you can never have too many questionable starting pitchers, and he can probably be obtained cheaply. Also, 2005.

3. Trade for Joel Peralta. Because you can never have too many reclamation projects in the bullpen picked from the Kansas City scrap heap.
